Steve Moorey racing Shoestring on Mindola Dam
This is a photograph of myself racing our powerboat Shoestring on Mindola Dam, Kitwe.
Brian Bax and I used to race our Jet Boat in Zambia. It had a 16' glass fibre hull with a 289 cu/in (4,750 cc) V8 engine from a Ford Thunderbird driving a two-stage Hamilton Jet.
